I suffered daily anxiety attacks due to a bad episode in my life and it was ongoing for almost 2 years. I was skeptical first of hypnotherapy after trying medicines and different doctors. Matthew in just a few sessions have worked wonders and now I don’t experience breathlessness and anxiety. I get nervous but it’s normal for anyone.I am so relieved and wish to have found him sooner.
