SEXUAL ISSUES
Sexual difficulties may begin early in a person’s life, or they may develop latter on. A problem may develop gradually over time, or may occur suddenly. The causes of sexual difficulties can be physical, psychological, or both.
Emotional factors affecting sex include both interpersonal problems (such as marital or relationship problems, or lack of trust and open communication between partners) and psychological problems within the individual (sexual fears or guilt, depression or past sexual trauma).
Some common conditions include
- Inability to attain an erection
- Inability to maintain an erection adequately for intercourse
- Delay or absence of ejaculation, despite adequate stimulation
- Inability to control timing of ejaculation
- Lack of interest or desire in sex (loss of libido)
- Inability to feel aroused
- Pain with intercourse
Hypnotherapy and sexual issues
Hypnosis can be a very useful in the treatment of sexual problems including premature ejaculation and impotence. It is important that any physical factors are ruled out before treatment of using hypnotherapy is sought. With sexual issues as with many others it is common for anxiety, stress, guilt, an inability to relax, nerves and confidence to be the root cause. Both hypnotherapy and NLP are excellent at helping overcome such issues and together we can work towards your solution state.
Impotence – Erectile Dysfunction
The first thing to do if you are suffering from impotence is to speak to a medically trained professional and have physical causes ruled out. If the cause appears to be stress or anxiety related then a course of hypnotherapy could be very helpful. For more information please click – HERE
Physical factors that can contribute include: Drugs (alcohol, nicotine, narcotics, stimulants, antihypertensives, antihistamines), Injuries to the back, enlarged prostate gland, problems with blood supply, nerve damage, disease, endocine disorders (thyroid, pituitary, adrenal gland), hormonal deficiencies and failure of various organ systems (heart, lungs).

MENTAL HEALTH, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING
Although the above also obviously effect women as well, men are much more less likely to seek help, either from professionals or even to find someone to talk to around issues which affect them.
Reasons often given include:
- You don’t have a doctor or having seen them in many years
- There’s probably nothing wrong
- You don’t have time
- Doctors don’t do anything
- You don’t want to hear what you might be told
- You’ve got probe-a-phobia
- You’d rather tough it out
- Your significant other has been nagging you to get a check-up, and ‘you’re not going to be told what to do!’
All the above are beliefs – dangerous and limiting beliefs; and beliefs don’t need to be true to be believed – they just need to be believed. The trouble which these beliefs could get you into much, much trouble either now or further down the line.
Indeed for your loved one’s as well as yourself it would be a much better idea and wise to consider a health check-up, a visit to the GP or seeking some help for an emotional or more psychological issue such as anger, depression, anxiety, for stress or insomnia, social isolation, sexual problems, other males issues and many more. And this just makes sense.
Many people will start to feel better the moment they decide to make changes in their lives.

PORNOGRAPHY ADDICTION
Not only confined to men, but as a problem it is probably more widespread in men. This behaviour may have started in a very low key way and often during or before puberty, it can and does for some but get out of control and can cause distress for the man who feels addicted. I’ve worked with men, and help them stop, who state that they have watched up to 8 hours a day!
Men (and women) will obviously engage in watching porn overwhelmingly in secret and alone; and feel guilt and various other negative emotions, they may also feel trapped as well as addicted. Some have been caught and their partners have found it objectionable, some relationships will end if or when someone is caught. And also for his family if it is discovered it can a detrimental effect on various aspects of family dynamics.
In fact according to research about 50% of women do also watch pornography, and there are many reports on this subject. This is far from just being connected to male issues.
Rest assure help is at hand and both hypnotherapy and NLP are great ways of getting to the bottom of any inner issues regarding this, there is likely to be a root cause for any compulsion to watch. Once this is discovered we can and will move on to ways to stop this addiction.

THE AVERAGE PENIS SIZE, ANXIETY AND BDD – BODY DYSMORPHIC DISORDER
There are many studies into this subject and it is something which causes many men anxiety and in some cases goes into body dysmorphic disorder or BDD. There are many reasons as to why men feel that their penis is small which include ‘studies’, seeing men in porn, other men boasting, being ridiculed or teased by an ex-partner and being compared to a partner in a relationship – actually its likely to be a combination of these.
The trouble with the many studies and surveys is that it involved men stating their size and with no real or scientific measurement being made and then when compared to studies where actual measurements were made there was a large and notable difference. This, as with measuring any length is very easy and impossible to fake or cheat. So the only studies which are worth taking notice of are the scientific studies. The largest study which in itself is based on 17 scientific based studies was completed in 2015.
According to that study the average penis size 5.19 inches (13.2cm) in length and 4.6 inches or 11.6cm in girth (or circumference) when erect. The details of that study …. The research was published in the British Journal of Urology (BJU) 2015. The study took measurements from 15,521 men – so a lot of men, who were measured in a scientific method and measured by someone else and were measured at these measurements – there can be no doubt that’s the metric system and the imperial system cannot be lied about.

FROM THE WOMANS PERSPECTIVE
The perfect penis may be SMALLER than you think: Women prefer ‘slightly above average’ appendages – but are less bothered about size in a long-term relationship – for the full articile please click – here
From this study and using hands-on testing, really this is how they conducted the test! A number of women were given to hold 33 models of plastic manhoods and asked to pick their personal favourite 2; one for life or longterm partner and the other for a ‘one night stand’ or ‘fuck buddy’ or however it was framed.
THE DECREASE IN THE SPERM COUNT
There has been a massive reduction in the average within the healthy sperm count of men and this trend has been noticed since the 1950’s.

THE IMPORTANCE OF TESTOSTERONE
Testosterone, a hormone produced primarily by the testicles, is often associated with the epitome of “manhood” (although women have testosterone, too). It is the ‘thing’ which makes men, men. It plays a large role in male sexuality and reproduction, impacting such factors as sexual and reproductive function, muscle mass, and hair growth, but also has some less “flashy,” albeit equally important, roles like maintaining bone density, levels of red blood cells and a sense of well-being. Beginning around age 30, a man’s testosterone levels begin to decline, and continue to do so as he ages. Testosterone is essential in helping with male issues.
Men need a certain level of testosterone and without it – it can lead to sexual dysfunction, physical, emotional and mental health problems. There is much research into this and the general T-levels within men are decreasing. This is one of many male issues we need to overcome.
The Positives
High T-levels are associated with leadership, dominance, competiveness, belief in the self and self-confidence. T-levels are also associated with a healthy libido, increased stamina, greater strength and good energy and mood levels. High t-levels also decrease the risk of obesity, heart disease and heart attacks. Overcome any male issues for a better personal future
The Negative …
In some individuals a high level of testosterone can lead to aggression, anger, road rage, get-even rage and other negative actions.
And … The However
However this can also be because they lack emotional intelligence, having bad impulse control, bad stress and anger management strategies, being psychopathic, sociopathic and maybe are influenced by many other aspects of modern society which lead people into thinking ‘might is right’ or on the values of ‘one-up-man-ship’.
The Solution:
Clearly a balance is needed because competitiveness, leadership qualities, having good levels of competence, confidence and belief in oneself are not only good qualities and values – they are also attractive values and important qualities and strengths to have. And obviously without any aggression or negatively to others.
Some Things Which Will Help Are:
- Weight Loss, losing weight increase t-levels
- High-Intensity Exercise like Peak Fitness
- Strength Training
- Consume Plenty of Zinc
- Vitamins A, B & E
- Optimize Your Vitamin D Levels – with Healthy Sunshine
- Reduce Stress
- Limit or Eliminate Sugar from Your Diet
- Reducing alcohol or stopping completely
- Eat Healthy Fats
Aggression
The truth and trouble is there can be many reasons for negative aggression such as ‘roid-rage’ or fighting such as steroid abuse, mental health issues, bad environment and social conditions, a dysfunctional upbringing or a combination of these.
Medical and Chemical Reasons
There is a great deal of research into why the T-levels have been decreasing and some of the research has concluded that chemical exposures included prescribed drugs like statins and oestrogen-mimicking compounds will and do cause testosterone levels to decrease.
In Conclusion
Testosterone is important and men should keep their testosterone levels high as well their overall health in check. So please do take good care, do your own research and come to your own conclusions.
TESTOSTERONE, THE HYPOTHALAMUS AND PITUITARY GLAND
What gland is testosterone produced in?
The hypothalamus and pituitary gland control how much testosterone the testes produce and secrete. The hypothalamus sends a signal to the pituitary gland to release gonadotrophic substances (follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone). Luteinizing hormone (LH) stimulates testosterone production.
What part of the body produces testosterone?
Testosterone is produced by the gonads (by the Leydig cells in testes in men and by the ovaries in women), although small quantities are also produced by the adrenal glands in both sexes. It is an androgen, meaning that it stimulates the development of male characteristics
Is testosterone produced by the pituitary gland?
The hypothalamus produces gonadotropin-releasing hormone, which signals the pituitary gland to make follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). Luteinizing hormone then signals the testes to produce testosterone.
The above 3 questions answered – here
THE HYPOTHALAMUS
What does the hypothalamus control?
The hypothalamus is a section of the brain responsible for hormone production. The hormones produced by this area of the brain govern body temperature, thirst, hunger, sleep, circadian rhythm, moods, sex drive, and the release of other hormones in the body.
What part of the brain is the hypothalamus located in?
One of the most important functions of the hypothalamus is to link the nervous system to the endocrine system via the pituitary gland (hypophysis). The hypothalamus is located below the thalamus, just above the brainstem. In the terminology of neuroanatomy, it forms the ventral part of the diencephalon.
