My name is Matthew, and I’ve been a full-time hypnotherapist for more than eighteen years.
I specialise in anxiety, stress, panic attacks, confidence, habits, addictions, emotional blocks, and unwanted behaviours.

I saw Matthew at the start of July 2024. He was very nice, the session felt very informal, relaxed and I was totally conscious of my environment the whole time. How Sessions Work
The process is straightforward. You begin by getting in touch to book a session or ask any questions. In your first session, we talk through what’s been happening, what you want to change, and why your mind might be reacting the way it does. From there, I use tailored hypnotherapy and modern mindset techniques to help your mind respond differently and support healthier patterns.
As we continue, you’ll receive ongoing support, and most people notice improvements quickly. Sessions are always calm, structured, and focused on helping you move forward.

I offer appointments 8am – 10pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend sessions available by arrangement.

Most things I see people for can be treated and made easier in between 2 – 5 sessions and because everyone is unique and this will differ but changes do happen. For Stopping Smoking people will usually stop after just 1 session

I suffered daily anxiety attacks due to a bad episode in my life and it was ongoing for almost 2 years. I was skeptical first of hypnotherapy after trying medicines and different doctors. Dr. Matthew in just a few sessions have worked wonders and now I don’t experience breathlessness and anxiety. Therapy – the Past, the Present, and the Future – Coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP – Explained
I do use hypnotherapy, NLP and life coaching; and often in combination. With therapy It’s best to try to help the past, present, and future – so to think differently about the past, address the present and look and feel differently about the future. Hypnotherapy and NLP (and counseling deal with the past), Hypnosis, coaching and NLP are both great with coping techniques and addressing the present; and hypnosis, NLP and Life Coaching, and particularly coaching is good the future.
