My name is Matthew, and I’ve been a full-time hypnotherapist for more than eighteen years.

I specialise in anxiety, stress, panic attacks, confidence, habits, addictions, emotional blocks, and unwanted behaviours.

How Sessions Work

The process is straightforward. You begin by getting in touch to book a session or ask any questions. In your first session, we talk through what’s been happening, what you want to change, and why your mind might be reacting the way it does. From there, I use tailored hypnotherapy and modern mindset techniques to help your mind respond differently and support healthier patterns.

As we continue, you’ll receive ongoing support, and most people begin to notice meaningful improvements surprisingly quickly — often within the first few sessions.
